Joey Verbeke is a New Media Artist and the Head of AI Innovation, with a background in music and computer science. He focusses his work on imbuing qualities of surreality, curiosity, frisson, and exploring our ephemeral and finite sensory-limited existence. Leveraging technology as a medium, he searches for tangents from its linear progression to explore alternative and innovative applications, approaches, and perspectives. His work extends beyond subjective limits and gives the viewer a chance to question the reconstructed reality he creates.
